At Novastream we recognise that every business has a slightly different requirement for IT support. To accommodate this we initially listen to our customers to define the type and level of support they require and only then package it within an agreement. We believe the scope of a support package address the needs of the customers business.

Our engineers have built up a lot of experience with the Microsoft Office products and other general applications and we are able to offer help to users either over the phone or at desk-side. (see list of supported products)
Onsite and Remote
Most IT related issues can be solved remotely and our aim is to keep costs down by solving problems remotely under your control using the Radmin remote control software. This can be done over a broadband VPN link or even over a modem. Either way you have control of when we get access to your system.
